A beautiful original platter used for communal meals, this is carved from a single piece of wood, it has a lovely patina with signs of age and use.  The feet are octagonal and the handles flat rectangular, and the typical Zulu crossed hatched markings on the underside. Mid-late 20th c 59cm long
